Meine neueste Entdeckung in dieser Kategorie hört ihr Donnerstag Abend bei 45minutes. Und wenn es euch so geht wie mir, schaut sie euch an. Am 03.11. gastieren die WEAVES in Berlin im wunderbaren kleinen & feinen Auster Club. Ich beiße mir jetzt schon jeden Tag in den Allerwertesten, daß ich an diesem Freitag keine Zeit habe. Ach ja, und natürlich hat die Band eine brandneue LP im Gepäck, und auch die wird, ihr ahnt es, irre gut.
Danke, Alex, Du hast uns schon mit „Jumping The Shark“ die schlimmsten Seiten der Achtziger vergessen lassen. Dein neues Album „Forced Witness“ ist noch besser, noch unterhaltsamer, noch pointierter. Und ja, Du bist cool as fuck! Wir freuen uns auf Dein Konzert beim TransCentury Update am 18. November im UT Connewitz.
The Fresh & Onlys verstehen sich vortrefflich auf das Mischen diverser Stile: Psychedelic Folk, Surf-Pop, Rock, Shoegaze, Garage und Indie-Pop. Sie können einfach alles. Sie schütteln grandiose Melodien mühelos aus dem Ärmel. Und das Beste zum Schluss: In Kürze beehren sie uns in der Nato. Am 27.10.17 um genau zu sein.
